1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Guarantee)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction without providing a reason. This "cooling-off" period applies to all new subscriptions to our Pro and Elite plans.
2. Subscriptions and Renewals
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Renewals: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
- Discretionary Refunds: Refund requests made outside of the 14-day statutory period are handled on a case-by-case basis by Paddle.
3. Free Trials
We offer a 14-day Free Trial of the Pro Plan to allow you to explore our features.
- No Automatic Charges: Because we do not collect credit card information to start a trial, you will not be billed automatically when the trial ends.
- Expiration: If you do not choose to upgrade at the end of the 14 days, your account will automatically revert to our Free Plan.
4. How to Request a Refund
As our Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed by Paddle. You can request a refund through the following methods:
