At GroomWave, we strive to provide the best experience for managing your pet grooming business. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Guarantee)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction without providing a reason. This "cooling-off" period applies to all new subscriptions to our base plan, as well as any paid add-ons purchased on top of the base plan.
2. Subscriptions and Renewals
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Renewals: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
- Add-ons: Paid add-ons are an extension of the base plan and follow the same cancellation rules. If you cancel an add-on, you will retain access to its features until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.
- Discretionary Refunds: Refund requests made outside of the 14-day statutory period are handled on a case-by-case basis by Paddle.
3. Free Trials
We offer a 14-day Free Trial to allow you to explore our features before committing to a paid subscription.
- No Automatic Charges: Because we do not collect credit card information to start a trial, you will not be billed automatically when the trial ends.
- Expiration: If you do not start a paid subscription by the end of the 14-day trial, your account will remain in our database, but access to your information and features will be suspended until you subscribe to the base plan.
- Inactive Trial Accounts: If a trial account is never converted to a paid subscription, it may be subject to deletion after the inactivity period specified in our Privacy Policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
As our Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed by Paddle. You can request a refund through the following methods:

5. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws applicable to Paddle's Terms of Sale and the statutory rights of the consumer in their respective jurisdiction.
